CANCELLED June 14th Meeting

Dear followers,

Unfortunately, we have to cancel our Tuesday CMUG meeting due to lack of confirmed presenters.  We hope to host a Fall CMUG meeting in a few months, considering many people will be out for vacations during the summer months.

We also want to inform you all that our current coordinator, Scott Jeffrey, will be stepping down from the CMUG coordinator position.  Scott is going on sabbatical this next school year, so he will also take this well-deserved time off from the CMUG leadership.

If anyone has interest in being the new CMUG coordinator, please contact Scott at sjeffrey@ccbcmd.edu or email the CMUG group at esricmug@gmail.com.

Have a great summer!

CMUG Liaison

Meeting Tuesday, June 14th

The next CMUG meeting will be held on June 14th.  Same time, same place... CCBC Catonsville from 9am-noon.  We apologize for the late announcement.

Please email Scott at sjeffrey@ccbcmd.edu if you would like to give a presentation.

We want to open up the opportunity for more local discussion of GIS topics.  If you are hesitant about a 15-20 minute presentation, we invite you to do a 5-minute lightning talk.  If this opens the door for more people to share their work and ideas, we may make this a recurring item on the agenda.

Please spread the word!
